Seacoast Living at its best...

The Pequod House got its name because of the large deckon the house beside it. One of our friends remarked that it was such a large deck that it should be called "Moby Deck"! The name stuck. So we thought it was only proper to name the house next door "The Pequod House" after Captain Ahab's ship of the same name.

The Pequod House is located just 4 blocks from Froggies Bait dock on the intercoastal canal--the only public boat ramp in POC. Two professional fishing and hunting guides live on either side of the Pequod House. They will be glad to book your fishing or hunting trips.

The Pequod House is located on Carrie Street just off of Harrison by way of Byers from Adams in Port O'Connor with easy access to front beach and the Intercoastal waterway.
